These channels thoroughly explain what went wrong during plane crashes by analyzing all the official records and final reports. These days, I find it incredibly interesting to learn about the complex systems involved in flight and how things can go wrong thousands of feet in the air. Their analyses help illuminate the "Swiss cheese model" of latent conditions, active failures, and other factors that can intersect and contribute to an incident.
