It's been a minute since I've checked in here... and life has been a whirlwind.

I was working on a new album, which was supposed to be called "Retro Tapes" but ended up being named "Blast from the Past." It's a collection of renditions of some of my favorite video game music, plus a few other theme songs I love. I even managed to sneak in one original track. Big thanks to GYRO Stream for helping me sort out all the metadata and licensing stuff -- it's officially available to stream everywhere now.

On the career front, I've decided to halt my projects and take on a new full-time gig. It's remote and async, which is perfect for me. I'm also knee-deep in a new Shopify development project for a friend of mine, which has been an interesting side hustle.

And for a little bit of fun, I've been on a major Happy Madison kick, rewatching a bunch of Adam Sandler flicks. I even watched Happy Gilmore 2, and honestly, I liked it for what it was -- just dumb, fun entertainment.
