micro tool to convert bear blog csv exports to markdown files

While I have another workflow setup using Python, I wanted to create a simple tool that other Bear users could use to archive their blog content as markdown files. With a single post_export.csv upload, this micro tool produces a downloadable ZIP file containing all your posts as Markdown files with YAML front matter blocks.
