Strange how my low-engagement, tech-only twitter account is getting state-sponsored political ads. The targeting feels so forced -- it has nothing to do with my political bias, because I never follow, react to, or engage with anything political on there. Seems these ads get green-flagged automatically as long as they're from verified government accounts, regardless of user interests. It's gross. And no, I'm not new to social media ads -- but this is the first time something like this has ever shown up on my feed.
